OUR BRAND'S NAME:
The brand name "Ai Ca Rem" is inspired by the mobile ice cream carts that used to roam the street of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh city in Vietnam) in the 1990-2000s. It resembles the inviting call of the street vendors, who would say " Ai cà rem hong?" to attract customers.This phrase roughly translates to "Here's ice cream, would you like some?"
OUR STORY:
Built on inspiration from the nostalgic ice cream trucks of the street of Saigon in the past, Ai Ca Rem is a chain of ice cream shops from Vietnam with the desire to elevate the value and preserve the street culture of ice cream. Founded in 2023 by a group of young friends in a university.
